GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting or performing work in the evaluation of quality assurance work to ensure Contractor's compliance with contract requirements. GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least (GS-04), that demonstrates the ability to: Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; Plan and organize work; and Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will schedule procedure evaluations of personnel compliance and program operation adequacy to the requirements of contractual procedures.
You will preplan Product Verification Inspection (PVI) and In - process Evaluation (IE) on the Contractor' s manufacturing, fabrication, installation, testing, and inspection processes for components, structures, and systems.
You will initiate Corrective Action Requests (CARs) for deficiencies identified during conduct of assigned duties and plans for appropriate follow- up on corrective actions.
You will prepare written reports and memoranda detailing results of assignments, makes oral presentations and engages in discussions dealing with quality and technical matters.
You will plan for the conduct of assigned evaluations and PVI /IE actions based upon construction/testing status, available data, and construction schedules to accomplish assigned actions at appropriate times and places.
