GS-11 In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing sexual assault advocacy services; developing and implementing crisis plan of actions and sexual assault assistance plans; assisting with developing and coordinating command SAPR prevention and awareness campaigns or events; and conducting education and training sexual assault workshops/seminars. You will guide employees on issues related to a sexual assault prevention and response program.
You will serve as point of contact for senior management, faculty, or staff regarding sexual assault response programs.
You will complete risk assessments and documentation for case review.
You will develop reports, information papers, talking points, briefing packages, or other Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program information for senior leaders.
You will provide victim advocacy services and crisis intervention support for adult victims of sexual assault.
You will perform complex assessments using trauma-informed approaches for reports of sexual assault
You will implement risk screening protocols and provide assistance to victims in securing treatment requested by the victims.
You will inform victims of resources available to report instances of sexual assault and provide victim tailored comprehensive referrals of resources to include victim advocacy, legal, and medical/mental healthcare.
