This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. In addition to meeting the basic education requirement, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of Electro Optics, Infrared, Lasers, and Quantum Sensing to programs and projects; 2) Commutating via technical writing, problem solving, and project resolution; 3) Utilizing data and image analysis to perform processing, target detection, range, and tracking algorithms; and 4) Assessing the performance and effectiveness of a sensor in the areas of Signal to Noise Ratio and Modulation Transfer Function.
