About the Position: This position is a Military Technician position with United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, 307 Psychological Company, 10 Psychological Battalion, 7 Psychological Group, located in St Louis, Missouri. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Monitoring programs for the organization which including pay, personnel, medical readiness, training, or logistics; 2) Process administrative actions using automated systems; and 3) Coordinates various types of meetings and training events. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Applies Technology to Tasks Interpersonal Skills Manages and Organizes Information Organizational Awareness
Process administrative actions using automated systems.
Maintain organizational records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Review correspondence for submission to higher echelons.
Preserve stock levels of organizational equipment.
Monitor employee training programs.
Enforce policies established by higher Headquarters.
