Specialized experience: One-year specialized experience which includes providing administrative support to leadership; reviewing correspondence for proper grammar and punctuations; developing standard operating procedures; training new personnel on office procedures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). Provide direct administrative support department leadership.
Prepare a variety of documents including indefinite Quantity for projects.
Review outgoing correspondence for proper format, grammar and proper coordination.
Develop operating procedures, memos, directives, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain automated database to track contract status, history and in-house performance.
Review documents prior to submission to ensure they meet financial and regulatory requirements.
