Key Responsibilities:
Under Limited Supervision, provide PM support to Enterprise Network initiatives, like MPLS, BB & DIA, some of the tasks included are:
Create reports & procedural documentation as needed
Track project activities in Smartsheet or any tool used to track project progress
Provide feedback to the team and follow up on action items
Coordinate field site visits for vendors, carriers and/or TSRs
Identify issues and escalate to other teams as needed
Manage work orders, and work with the field team to schedule the work
Validate hardware orders when needed, and ensure inventory is available
Validate completions
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, complex projects, and short deadlines.
