The Work:
Lead large-scale transformation initiatives for nuclear and power generation clients, driving business innovation and operational excellence.
Serve as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and plant leadership teams.
Develop and execute strategies to address complex challenges in the nuclear industry, such as compliance, asset reliability, and work management optimization.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, including system implementation, data analytics, and advanced technologies like AI and predictive maintenance.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of processes, technology, and organizational change management.
Guide regulatory compliance strategies, leveraging deep expertise in NRC, INPO, and other industry standards.
Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding Accenture's presence in the nuclear/power generation market.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to Accenture’s thought leadership in the industry.
Partner with global delivery teams to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations.
Note: We are open to hiring in most major cities across the US that are near to an Accenture Corporate Office.
