Job Description
As Senior Technical Analyst, responsibilities will include:
Contact Centers’ Technical Operations, Process, Enhancements Development utilizing Genesys Framework and Tools, Routing Development SME.
Production Support Activities including Coverage, Incident & Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
Work on Change Control Requests driven by the different Contact Center Business Teams.
Work on Requests for Service (RFS) for Operational Changes which requires immediate attention as part of the Day-to-Day Contact Centers’ run of the Business
Responding and Resolving escalated issues that are reported as Major Incident Issues by Operations Command Center.
Some on-call work, shift work, and overtime may be required as needed
