Job Description:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervise AND/OR Manage senior technical specialist, oversee engineering projects, manage a skilled workforce, develop strategic plans, and ensure effective resolution of technical challenges AND/OR operational issues. You will provide senior technical advice to ensure the success of MCSC programs, anticipating potential issues and resolving unanticipated challenges that affect mission effectiveness.
You will chair technical reviews and guide teams in meeting project technical requirements, ensuring that all products meet required standards.
You will serve as the technical authority for MCSC projects, advising on solutions and escalating complex technical issues when necessary.
You will manage and mentor a professional technical workforce, identifying training and development needs to enhance operational capabilities.
You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic technical and business plans that support systems engineering efforts.
You will oversee the performance of subordinates, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
You will ensure the application of security policies and guide the development of systems that align with established IT standards and objectives.
