Job Description
As a member of SAP PTP Support Team, you will use your SAP PTP, MM and IM implementation and configuration experience to provide onshore support for tickets, including incidents, service requests, minor enhancements, configuration changes, testing, documentation of changes. You will interact and work with the business and the user community to understand issues, resolve tickets, following all support processes and tools.
