Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required. Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is recommended.
Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system requirements
Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and processes
