We are looking for a Receiving Quality Coordinator for our Baltimore Warehouse location. The primary purpose of
this position is to ensure accuracy of inbound material. Support effective
space utilization. Properly tag all material. Report inconsistency or
inaccuracy.
Crafting Excellence: Responsibilities:
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness identifying ways to improve and promote quality and accuracy.
Support ensuring accuracy of
images inbound material at the LOT level and assists in providing LOT
images requested by sales.
Accurately
create inbound receiving documents.
Inspect inbound shipments of
tile by reviewing material laid out for images. Verify label accuracy and
quantity. Communicate discrepancies to cross functional teams to determine
a solution.
Utilize
reports to maximize material storage footprint by sku considering FIFO and
single LOT pull and pack structure.
Share
Upload and remove LOT image responsibility.
Work closely with the product
managers to ensure quality standards are documented. Follows up on
material falling outside of range to ensure prompt action (disposal
/return of subpar goods).
Provide
feedback to drive improvements.
Inspect
and Post returns.
Practice
and follow all required safety regulations. Participate within a safety
conscience workforce, which maintains a clean and organized work
environment.
Effectively
utilizes problem solving skills to solve challenges related to product
quality and packing /shipping processes.
Update
all primary weekly production metrics.
Cross
functional support Shift Supervisor to provide backup assistance for
outbound shipping while other positions are on vacation or as the business
need develops.
Conduct
Inventory cycle counts as needed.
Coordinate
the efforts of others to consolidate locations to maximize space
utilization.
Collaborate
with cross functional teams to ensure positive customer experience.
Support Shift Supervisor as needed
to ensure the success of daily warehouse operations.Review
and update SOP’s related to warehouse operations to ensure best practices.
Assist
with other tasks as assigned.
