Job Description
You will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. As an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform and will be responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies in product development processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of applications
Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of application performance
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Agile practices.
