Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Master proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Master level of proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is recommended.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency.
