The FAI Quality Analyst will be responsible for reviewing First Article Inspection (FAI) packages per AS9102 and client requirements, providing review results, and approving reports on behalf of our client. Additional responsibilities include:
Execute transactions with minimal direction
Conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for complex processes
Be responsible of Workflow Coordination, when required.
Train and guide new joiners with the standardized process
Conduct metrics tracking on a continual basis to meet the increasing FAI load throughout the year
Provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements
Collaborate with the team lead to conduct and drive effective problem solving and process enhancements
Document all new learning(s) or change(s) in processes in the standard format and seek relevant approvals on a periodic basis
Create training and guidance on process changes and provide these to the rest of the team impacted
May serve as technical and functional resource or super user to other team members
Create trend analysis and scorecards to ensure quality standards are met
Propose immediate action plans to address quality issues
Act as a point of contact for procedure updates
