Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical Cybersecurity issues; 2) Applying, policies and practices for Cyber Security Workforce program implementation and management, to include the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework; 3) Assessing and identifying security risks in installed systems and assist in implementing improvements; 4) Applying basic security measures to protect systems and data; and 5) Applying implementation guidance to identify security requirements and assist in the execution of security procedures and policies.
