Job Description:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical Cybersecurity issues; 2) Applying, policies and practices for Cyber Security Workforce program implementation and management, to include the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework; 3) Assessing and identifying security risks in installed systems and assist in implementing improvements; 4) Applying basic security measures to protect systems and data; and 5) Applying implementation guidance to identify security requirements and assist in the execution of security procedures and policies. You will participate in the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of software in support of NAVFAC.
You will review IT programs to assess compliance with plans and policies as well as their support of business requirements
You provide advice and guidance to management in support of mission and assisting with managing IT projects
You will make independent decisions on technical matters which are treatable by standard practices and techniques
