Job Description:

Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze performance testing requirements, including performance criteria, benchmarks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Test Planning: Develop comprehensive performance test plans, including test objectives, scope, test scenarios, and test data requirements.
Test Script Development: Create and maintain performance test scripts using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Test Environment Setup: Configure and manage the test environment, ensuring it accurately simulates the production environment for performance testing.
Test Execution: Execute performance tests, including load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing, to evaluate system performance under various conditions.
Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor system performance during test execution, collecting and analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks, issues, and areas for improvement.
Performance Tuning: Work with development and operations teams to identify and implement performance tuning and optimization measures based on test results.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track performance-related defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
This role requires to be in the client office at least 3 days of the week.
