Job Description:

The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as a member of our location services team and will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations.
This role is responsible for a wide range of services that include executing guest services and maintaining all aspects of workplace through a hospitality lens, internal and external customer support and general administrative care.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Life and Safety efforts: including greet and direct employees and visitors, answer general inquiries, resolve issues/concerns, badge access and CCure administration
Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space and equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy and providing a daily reservation report for the workplace team.  Set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms including audio/visual equipment
Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the office
May act as a point of contact for external vendors.  Problem-solve by drawing on knowledge of other departments utilizing network of contacts
Support the planning and execution of all on-site meetings/events and on-site catering.  Liaise with Event hosts
Provide back up support for Facilities/Services
Job Requirements:
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday with flexibility to work overtime as needed
