The
Supply Chain Operations Lead
will have the following responsibilities:
Partner with procurement team and suppliers to ensure all sites have a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
Lead new deployment projects by executing inventory transactions including movements and transfers, in a fast-paced environment.
Lead deployment team.
Anticipating stock demands based on current and future functions.
Analyze inventory needs to meet increased or reduced demand.
Analyze and Address material shortages.
Conduct root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions related to stock-outs and other inventory exceptions.
Understand, gather and validate required master material data updates.
Analyze inventory across multiple sites and regions.
Identify excess after deployment is done and reclassify the excess to other projects or spare use.
Facilitate review and reclassification of material with cross-functional teams.
Work to resolve any inventory discrepancy issues.
Help automate tactical activities to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
