We are growing! Kohler has completed construction on a new 1 million-square-foot manufacturing facility on 200 acres in the industrial corridor of Casa Grande, AZ.  We are looking for passionate talent to join our Human Resources team.  This role will be based at our Casa Grande facility.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at Kohler’s new state-of-the-art facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The HR Generalist provides support for Company strategic objectives by delivering conscientious quality service to all levels within the Organization.  In this role, you will continually and consistently invest in our most valuable assets, our associates, by educating to maximize contributions, enhance growth opportunities, and seek new talent.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance for employment, compliance, compensation, training, employee relations, and other Human Resource functionsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management to ensure adequate coverage of staffing needsCoordinate and oversee Stewardship, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement programs and associated events and activities in support of the key cultural beliefs of the Company and plantAdminister all performance appraisal processes including annual merit reviews for hourly associates; provide input and guidance to management to ensure actions meet guidelines and provide unilateral consistencySchedule and conduct interviews of non-exempt and exempt applicantsCoordinate development of effective training program(s)Oversee development/maintenance of effective working relationships within Kohler and external agenciesResponsible for recruitment of all positions for the Kohler Casa Grande location, including analyzing talent management processes to maintain effectiveness of recruiting effortsAssist in conducting HR investigations, counsel employees on disciplinary actions and performance problems, and record all supporting documentationImplement policies and procedures in adherence to Federal and State laws, and in conjunction with Company policies and proceduresTrain management and staff on HR/Company policies and procedures, advise management, and ensure consistency.
