Key Responsibilities:
Under Limited supervision perform the following types of functions:
Gather requirements for assigned new reporting/automations tasks in scrum board. This involves discussions with internal PTA team members, customers/business who have submitted the request and the development team (if applicable)
Design/Develop new solutions (this can be a combination of Smartsheet formulas/reports/workflows, etc.,/ Power BI reports) or evaluate changing/extending scope of existing solutions to cater to business requirements
If the solution requires Python code, then create initial business logic for Python code development
Sufficiently test/review the result of the proposed solution before pushing it to the production environment
Communicate the solution to the team submitting the requests
Document the solution for future reference
Recurring requests/tasks – WBS spin ups for SEW, Properties, document maintenance
Resolve/troubleshoot errors such as PowerBI report refresh failures or automation interrruptions/reporting discrepancies ( in Smartsheet/PowerBI) flagged by the project planners. This also involves significant analysis to identify the root cause of discrepancies due to multiple dependencies in logic.
Submit tickets to SS support if needed
Support processing new licenses or address FAQs on IMAGE role or new license requests for Smartsheet.
