Key Responsibilities:
Network SME (L3/L4) – Routing & Switching: We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer (L3/L4) with expertise in advanced networking technologies, including Routing, MPLS, and Foundational Firewall management Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing network design, implementation, Tier 3 troubleshooting for Global Organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality network solutions, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of network performance. Shall prepare the detailed implementation plan for migration’s and technology refresh. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and network trends.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of complex network topologies
Prepare the HLD, LLD and project Implementation/build plans
Recommend network architecture changes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Provide expert-level support for complex routing and switching issues, diagnosing, and resolving network faults quickly and effectively.
Use network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetFlow, SolarWinds) to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks, routing loops, and connectivity issues.
Act as the final escalation point for complex network issues, providing advanced troubleshooting expertise and solutions to resolve service disruptions or performance issues.
