You
Are
A Salesforce Loyalty Management Functional Consultant with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients’ requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you’ve got the interpersonal skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.
The Work
Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to accurately define needs and customize Loyalty Management solutions using the Force.com platform.
Own the development of a strategic vision for project (product development, improvements, etc) and embrace the criticality of gaining its adoption.
Make recommendations based on this analysis – estimate work effort, lead project scoping (as the sole or primary Accenture Technology – Salesforce team representative), determine required resources, set a realistic schedule, and build accurate communication and governance plans (Project Management 101, if you will).
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact.
Document Loyalty Management data modeling and architecture including data extension modeling and cross-product data architecture & mapping
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
