Job Description:
The Accenture Private Cloud Platforms (PCP) Dell Lead is responsible for strategically leading and driving growth in Accenture’s Private Cloud Platforms (PCP) practice in collaboration with Dell, ensuring alignment between sales campaigns, key growth areas, and Systems Integration (SI) plays. This role is a dual function, where the selected individual will serve as both the Global Lead and the Americas PCP Lead, accountable for sales, revenue, and SI growth across the Americas, encompassing Latin America, North America, and Canada. The role demands a unique blend of leadership, partnership management, sales acumen, and technical expertise to grow Dell-based solutions within the Accenture ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Sales Alignment
Drive growth and revenue for the Private Cloud Platforms practice with Dell as a primary partner Globally.
Align sales campaigns and growth initiatives with Dell and Accenture SI-focused plays.
Collaborate with global and regional sales teams to develop and execute strategies that meet or exceed revenue and growth targets in the Americas.
Partnership Management & Governance
Lead, manage, and nurture the partnership with Dell at both the Global and Market levels.
Establish and maintain a governance structure that supports an effective and scalable partnership, ensuring alignment of goals, strategies, and joint campaigns.
Act as the primary contact with Partner executives and work directly with assigned Accenture PCP Dell CTO and Accenture’s senior leadership to ensure continuity and alignment on critical initiatives, capabilities, and deliverables.
Resource & Capability Management
Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure the availability, capability, and chargeability of key practice resources, assets and offering needs to create ease of commerce with clients for Dell and Accenture deals.
Maintain and grow a core team within the PCP Global node, focusing on critical competencies needed to support Dell-related initiatives.
Oversee talent development, skills alignment, and training to ensure that Accenture’s resources meet the highest standards of capability and readiness.
Global and Americas Sales, Revenue, and SI Growth
Serve as the accountable lead for both Global and Americas sales growth, revenue targets, and SI expansion in collaboration with Dell.
Develop strategies to support consistent sales performance, growth in new revenue streams, and expanded market presence across the Americas.
Leverage market insights to proactively address competitive challenges and position Accenture as a leader in private cloud solutions powered by Dell.
Capabilities & Solution Delivery
Work directly with Global PCP Lead and relevant stakeholders to maintain and grow solution delivery capabilities within the Private Cloud Platforms practice.
Ensure Accenture’s teams possess and expand the necessary skills and resources to effectively deliver on SI-focused plays with Dell.
Support global Services Groups (SGs) by coordinating and deploying the right resources and capabilities needed to execute critical SI plays.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
