Job Description:
Facilitating Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Removing Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Coaching the Team: Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles, helping them to improve their processes and performance.
Promoting Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with stakeholders, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
Ensuring Adherence to Scrum: Ensure that the team follows Scrum practices and principles, maintaining the integrity of the Scrum framework.
Supporting the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, prioritizing work, and ensuring that the team understands the goals and requirements.
Facilitating Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous improvement within the team by promoting regular reflection and adaptation of processes and practices.
Tracking Progress: Monitor the team's progress and performance, using metrics and tools to track and report on the status of the sprint and overall project.
Shielding the Team: Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions, allowing them to focus on their work and deliver value.
Promoting Agile Culture: Advocate for Agile values and principles within the organization, helping to create a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
This role requires to be in the client office at least 3 days of the week.
