You Are:
The networking lead is responsible for efficient operation, maintenance, and delivery of network services. This role ensures that the network infrastructure operates at optimal performance levels and meets SLAs. Candidate should have expert proficiency in Network Management Patterns & Techniques and master proficiency in Network Operations & Service Management. Candidate must also possess advanced proficiency in Network Performance Management (NPM) and Service Quality Management.
The Work:
Oversee daily network operations to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
Develop and implement processes to monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
Manage incident response and resolution for network outages and performance degradations collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for network optimization and develop comprehensive solutions for enterprise network operations.
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of network projects including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
Ensure network operations and projects comply with regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
