Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with professional IT experience in Scaled Agile and Kanban environments.
Lead full scale agile scrum teams and implement Agile principles & practices as Scrum Master.
Drive PI planning events as a Product Owner and Hands-on with managing Agile sprints & Jira Dashboards and Confluence
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Backlog grooming, Daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint/Release planning, demo prep sessions, and Scrum of Scrum meetings
Act as change agent between Business & IT teams.
Determine the gaps between current and future state.
Create Business Case.
Plan project including vision roadmap and responsibilities.
