Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer managing the technical support, design, planning, quality control measures, and budgeting for military construction projects. You will establish quality policies and procedures to ensure technical reviews are in compliance with current guidance, sufficient and adequate quality control measures are applied to all architectural/engineering solutions/products.
You will record the status of all projects and tasks, create a measurement standard defining quality metrics, and provide oversight of all quality management reviews and actions accomplished within the Division.
You will provide Historical data and Lessons Learned shall be administered and incorporated into the Division's business practices for future use.
You will serve as a senior technical manager for military projects, which includes both vertical and horizontal design projects.
You will provide workload and resource planning and programming, execution coordination with multidiscipline, budgeting, and scheduling of individual projects.
You will manage resolution of high visibility construction problems and complex problems involving both design and construction.
