We are looking for a Production Lead for our Plastic Plant. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Train, direct, coach and lead the production team in the day-to-day operations alongside the Production SupervisorFrequently monitor the production floor by interacting with each associate on shift and reviewing their area for any safety, quality, and production concerns.
