Job Description:

Looking for a Data Tester to join the team to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data migration and integration processes within an Azure-based cloud environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL/Data Migration projects, ensuring seamless data transitions to the cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, to identify and resolve defects, validate data quality, and maintain testing scripts in Python/PySpark and SQL. Additionally, you will coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure that data solutions meet business requirements and performance standards. This is a critical role in ensuring the integrity of data as it moves across systems and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL/Data Migration to cloud ecosystem.
Identify, analyze, and report defects found during testing.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects.
Validate and verify data accuracy and completeness.
Create and maintain generic test scripts in Python/PySpark and SQL.
Plan and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.
