Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the job elements and screen out listed below. 1. Perform simple and routine tasks of the Industrial Equipment/Electrical trade relating to Wastewater Lift Station operations. 2. Able to assist Maintenance Mechanics/Maintenance Workers by supplying appropriate tools, equipment and work materials. 3. Able to use a variety of tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches and a small variety of power tools to perform simple repair jobs and/or in assisting a journeyman Maintenance Mechanic/Maintenance Worker in more complex tasks. 4. Accomplishes work in accordance with instructions provided by higher graded employee/Work Leader/Supervisor.
