Key Responsibilities:
Handling Application Support and Incident Management for EPIC Cupid, Radiant, Beaker AP and Bones modules.
Working with Business and client stakeholders for triaging the production issues and build validation.
Coordinating with EPIC on upgrade ReleaseNotes review and validation, resolving sherlock tickets
Open to travel to Atlanta client location as needed
