Key Responsibilities:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Delivery Excellence is required.
Advanced level of proficiency in Technology Architecture Implementation is recommended.
Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) proficiency, Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) proficiency, and Service Delivery proficiency at an advanced level are suggested.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery excellence Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation in technology solutions Analyze and optimize service delivery processes for efficiency.
