You Are:
A Business Agility consultant, advisor and change agent that is skilled in one or more critical services and capabilities necessary to enable organizations to do more with less while driving business growth. You are not a dogmatic Agilist of the past but are a continuous learner that is up on the latest trends in driving value acceleration, pivoting organizations from a project to product operating model, creating organizational alignment and optimizing the developer experience. You take a bold approach to challenges and look beyond the conventional. You have experience in sales pursuits, participating in / managing engagements, and consulting with and guiding people in Agile delivery roles at different layers of the organization. Your superpower is driving transformational change. You do this by challenging the status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. You leverage data, AI, scaling techniques and tooling to drive measurable improvements. You lead by example with your top-notch listening, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the ability to be comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives and develop tailored strategies to enhance agility and performance.
Thoroughly synthesizes, distills and reconciles key findings from complex sets of information to identify trends and potential issues.
Lead and facilitate Agile and/or Ways of Working transformation initiatives, including the adoption of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe and/or new Agile or DevSecOps tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Planview, bitbucket etc.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Agile practices and principles.
Utilize industry-proven visualization methods to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance value delivery.
Provide guidance and direction to client teams to improve collaboration, transparency, and delivery processes.
Support the development and execution of change management plans to ensure successful adoption of Agile methodologies.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with Accenture's internal teams to share best practices, insights, and lessons learned from client engagements.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies and tools and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
