Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will oversee the work assigned to the project management office subordinate personnel to accomplish projects in accordance with command goals and objectives.
You will develop statements of work and detailed cost estimates for minor construction contracts.
You will attend site visits, construction meetings, and respond to any technical concerns throughout the project.
You will analyze contractor bids and makes recommendations for awards, price negotiations and for any changes in original specifications.
You will develop and track statuses of technical work documents as required to convey concepts, ideas and setups.
