Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) principles and processes; 2) Applying knowledge of various utilities commodities (electrical, water, wastewater, industrial); 3) Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and engineering drawings; and 4) Using automated systems such as MAXIMO and Microsoft Office software.
