Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes conducting a full range of law enforcement activities which routinely include: enforcing laws, regulations, policies, standards or procedures; writing and analyzing police reports; dispatching emergency personnel; monitoring surveillance equipment; and supervising employees in the area of security or law enforcement. Respond to and investigate emergency calls, complaints and other calls for service.
Conduct traffic law enforcement patrol using specialized equipment such as radar, Lidar and breathalyzer.
Perform protection duties to deter, detect, and deny unauthorized access at fixed installation, internal compound, and incident perimeter posts.
Operate the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) terminal in accordance with federal and state laws to transcribe data.
