The Spa Experience Coordinator provides support to the Kohler Waters Spa management team through a variety of operational tasks and the supervision of the Spa Attendant staff. Manage the spa facility, inventory, guest locker rooms and ensure that all aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership.
Specific responsibilities of the Spa Experience Coordinator include:
Monitor
staff to ensure all guest contact is handled in a courteous and
professional
manner.Cross train as a Spa Receptionist to provide assistance at the desk when needed.On occasion will need to serve as Manager On Duty.Serve
as a role model for high standards in guest service, grooming and uniform
standards, and spa service knowledge.
Maintain
neatness, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times. Supervise
team members to include, but not limited to, scheduling, training,
providing performance reviews, assisting in the hiring process, and
administering disciplinary actions when necessary.Must be able to have Crucial Conversations with team members.Perform
host/hostessing tasks by escorting guests to respective areas within the
spa.
Greet
people immediately upon arrival and confirm and check in their
appointments.
Answer
questions about the spa and its services.
Be
courteous, professional and friendly when interacting with clients and
associates.
Resolve
customer challenges. Assure guests you will do whatever you can to
accommodate their needs
This is a full time opportunity working between the hours of
8:00am and 9:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
