Job Description:

This SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST position is located in the Property Management Branch, Supply and Services Division, United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO) and is part of the CA CSMS Stockton.
General Experience: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field; Experience using computer and automation systems. SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-9: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by: Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc; Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment; Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures; Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management; Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support; Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: Ability to lead or supervise Data and Content Management Judgement and Decision Making Technical Competence
THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-9, is to perform analysis of supply procedures, services, directives and management functions of the branch and plans, organizes, reviews, evaluates and performs limited supervisory responsibilities over subordinates in accomplishing the work of the branch (i.e., Supply Accountability Assistance Instruction Team (SAAIT) and Property Asset Managers). May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.
