Job Description:
You will serve as the Installation Environmental Program Director (IEPD) in the Environmental Division of NAVFAC CMD WASH
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Overseeing the environmental compliance and conservation program for an organization; 2) Reviewing military construction projects and operational/training programs to ensure regulatory compliance; and 3) Managing environmental programs by planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating cost effective solutions. You will provide advice, counsel, or provide guidance to employees on both work and administrative matters.
You will report to the Public Works Officer regarding assignments, program objectives and customer requirements.
