Specific Responsibilities
Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards set for The American ClubEnsuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standardsFollowing proper food and liquor handling proceduresMaintaining complete working knowledge of hotel layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices
This is a part-time position.  Nights and weekends will be required.
