Key Responsibilities:

As a Hardware Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will play a critical role in driving the successful development and launch of cutting-edge hardware products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Define project scope, goals, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Manage project budgets and resources.
Technical Leadership:
Understand complex hardware systems and technologies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of hardware products.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across different functions, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
Develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Make data-driven decisions.
Communication:
Effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
Present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Facilitate meetings and workshops.
