ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Manages complex activities and initiatives, employing good judgment and principles. 2. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives. 3. Develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, drawing conclusions from data and recommending viable solutions to address Agency mission needs. 4. Takes the initiative to make extra contributions to cross-organization efforts. 5. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Expert knowledge of general administrative type investigations such as senior official misconduct, whistleblower reprisal, and prohibited personnel practices. 2. Investigative experience, preferably in the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community or Inspector General Community. 3. Experience using data mining techniques and analysis to identify and/or prevent fraud, waste, or mismanagement.
