We are seeking an experienced Subscription Manager to lead and manage our subscription-based revenue model. As the Subscription manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our subscription offerings align with customer needs and drive long-term value for the company. This is an individual contributor position reporting to Executive Director - Head of Business, Kohler Ventures. 
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital app subscription strategies to drive growth.Identify and implement new opportunities for app subscription revenue streams.Collaborate with Product to optimize pricing and positioning of subscription offeringsDesign and execute initiatives to attract new app subscribers through targeted marketing campaignsWork closely together with the Customer Success Manager, to Develop and & manage customer retention programs, loyalty programs and benefitsAnalyze customer feedback and subscription data to identify trends and opportunities.Utilize data analytics tools to track subscription KPIs, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Create a cohesive customer journey from marketing to user acquisition to paid subscriptionsContinuously refine subscription models based on data insights and industry trends. Reports to Commercial & Growth Lead, Kohler VenturesWorks closely with other members of the Kohler Ventures Commercial team. Collaborates closely with Customer Success, Product.
