We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to manage and optimize our online sales and support outstanding customer experience. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices. You will work closely with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure that our e-commerce platform delivers an outstanding shopping experience, aligning with our brand values. This
is an individual contributor position reporting to Executive Director - Head of
Business, Kohler Ventures. 
Specific Responsibilities
Define and execute a leading e-commerce, digital first sales strategy Execute on the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectivesManage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings and inventory management.Optimize the user experience (UX) on our website to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to implement digital marketing campaigns.Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. Monitor the integration of e-commerce platforms and third-party tools (payments gateways) and escalate any performance concerns to the software teamCoordinate with stakeholders in operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.Stay current with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the online shopping experience.Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Reports to Commercial & Growth Lead, Kohler VenturesWorks closely with other members of the Kohler Ventures Commercial and dev teams and select external agencies.
