In your role as Senior Hardware Software QA Engineer at Kohler Ventures you will: 
Establish testing patterns, best practices, and increase test coverage (in partnership with engineers).Conduct technical reviews for new features and identify quality concerns. Participate in various scrum meetings to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, estimates or potential problems.
