In your role as Firmware Engineering Manager at Kohler Ventures you will
Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.Firmware Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the firmware development process, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Firmware Engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of firmware projects with a focus on quality and performance.Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the firmware engineering team and other departments, translating complex firmware concepts into actionable business strategies.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure firmware reliability and performance.
