In your role as Technical Project Manager at Kohler Ventures you will:
Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams.Overseeing multiple simultaneous and technically demanding cloud-focused projects.Managing ongoing projects, kick-offs, reviews, and lessons learned.Developing and managing full lifecycle projects, ensuring on-time delivery.Drive Agile software development process. Partnering with architects, development teams and program manager to deliver operational efficiency needs.Guiding highly skilled engineers to ensure successful project delivery.Implementing project management procedures, frameworks, and performance metrics.Creating documentation to support plans and processes, driving consistency and alignment across teams.Utilizing data to drive strategic decisions and reporting.Reporting on project health, success metrics, and active progress.
