Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as technical and project management experience in developing and supporting Service and Workflow Management Platform (e.g., ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules). Expertise in software technologies used in system integrations (e.g., C#/.NET and SQL) is highly desirable. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services, specifically focusing on SPM and IRM modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement integrations with other enterprise systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST web services.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
