Specific Responsibilities
Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcomeCreating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphereEnsuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixesResponsible for keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glassesResponsible for stocking all areas of the bar and following proper rotating proceduresMaintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWIMaintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment
*This is a seasonal position working both weekdays and weekends, shifts vary between 6am-10pm.
